Leading luxury brand Guerlain partnered with department stores nationwide to promote their new range of lipstick, Rouge G, in 2020.
EXPERIENCE
As partner agency for both strategy and execution, we managed all elements of the campaign from conception/ideation through to the management of all stores and the staffing in all regions.
We wanted to ensure maximum stand-out for the brand, so we managed the placement of the cart, incentives to purchase, and the overall consumer experience.
As this campaign was sales-focused in the run up to Christmas, we utilised real-time reporting capability to deliver accurate sales data. Each location was targeted per day and exceeded expectations across both brand awareness and purchase
