We created a Facebook app for Valentine‘s Day which allowed users to create and send personalised Valentine‘s e-cards to friends and lovers on Facebook.

Participating consumers received a free #makethemoment necklace in store.

To reflect the brand, Retail Warriors booked energetic, confident, attractive and fashionable staff.

The aspirational promotional models roamed around the stores of London, Milan and Rome to invite consumers to create and share e-cards via a tablet or the consumer's own smartphone.
